- The purpose of this amendment is to answer a question from a potential offeror. Question 1: In the synopsis it says that water delivery must begin no later than one week after award date. When will that be? Answer 1: Delivery start date is corrected to read as follows: Delivery shall start April 26, 2005. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-JAN-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
