- The National Marine Sanctuaries Program (NMSP)will hold a public briefing on services anticipated to be procured in 2005. The NMSP is one of multiple programs of the National Ocean Service, an organizational element of the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration, a bureau of the U.S. Department of Commerce. The NMSP anticipates procuring services in the areas of Communications, Outreach, and Education; Environment; Field Operations; Fiscal and Administrative Management; and Policy. The services to be procured are likely to be set aside for small businesses and are likely to be procured through the Federal Supply Schedules of the General Services Administration. The public briefing will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on December 21, 2004, in Room 2358 of Building 3 of the Silver Spring Metro Center (SSMC) complex, located at 1315 East West Highway, SSMC3, Silver Spring, Maryland 20910. The meeting is open to the public. Attendees must register with Joseph Faulkner at 301-713-3125 x241 no later than December 17, 2004 by providing the name, organization, and phone number for each visitor. All registered visitors must present picture identification. Access is at the discretion of the NOAA Security Officer.
