- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice of the intent to conduct a commercial item acquisition. The Solicitation, Evaluation, and Award procedures of FAR Part 13.106-1, 13.106-2, and 13.106-3 are being used. The United States Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement to purchase the following: AIR CONDITIONING UNIT, ROOFTOP, Brand Name: RV Productions 8335 Series Mac 15 or Equal, estimated quantity is two per year except for option year two when the estimated quantity is four per year. FAN COIL UNIT, Heating/Cooling, Left Hand Horizontal Ceiling Mount, Brand Name: McQuay, TSC Series S-04 or Equal estimated quantity is two per year except for option year two when the estimated quantity is four per year. FAN COIL UNIT, Heating/Cooling, 460 CFM Airflow, Brand Name: McQuay, TSC Series S-04 or Equal estimated quantity is two per year except for option year two when the estimated quantity is four per year. FAN COIL UNIT, Heating/Cooling, 790 CFM Airflow, Brand Name: McQuay, TSC Series S-08 or Equal estimated quantity is two per year except for option year two when the estimated quantity is four per year. FAN COIL UNIT, Heating/Cooling, 790 CFM Airflow, Brand Name: McQuay, TSC Series S-08 or Equal estimated quantity is two per year except for option year two when the estimated quantity is four per year. HEATER UNIT, ¾” NPT top and bottom connections, Brand Name: Modine Model HS-18L or Equal, estimated quantity is four per year except for option year two when the estimated quantity is eight per year. HEATER, Forced Air Marine Grade, Brand Name: VALAD Electric Corp, Model 207 or Equal, estimated quantity is two per year except for option year two when the estimated quantity is four per year. HEATER, Forced Air Marine Grade, Brand Name: VALAD Electric Corp, Model 207 or Equal, estimated quantity is two per year except for option year two when the estimated quantity is four per year. HEATER, Forced Air Marine Grade, Brand Name: VALAD Electric Corp, Model 207 or Equal, estimated quantity is two per year except for option year two when the estimated quantity is four per year. HEATER, Unit Horizontal, ¾ NPT, Brand Name: Modine Model HS-24L or Equal, estimated quantity is two per year except for option year two when the estimated quantity is four per year. Each Pump being purchased hereunder shall be provided with Commercial Data for Provisioning (Base Year only), and Commercial Warranties. This acquisition is being conducted on a Brand Name or Equal basis. A requirements contract will be awarded as a result of this competition. The award will provide for a base and four one-year options. The estimated quantities per year are estimates only and the estimates are subject to change. The details of the salients will be included in RFQ HSCG40-04-Q-41932. A complete description of the contract line items and times of delivery will be included in the RFQ. All responsible sources for the Brand Name or Equal items are invited to submit a quotation/proposal, which shall be considered by the US Coast Guard. All technical data required to respond to the solicitation will be furnished as part of the RFQ. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The Government will exercise its rights to make multiple awards if deemed necessary. A solicitation is forth coming and will be released on or about 03 September 2004. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-AUG-2004).
