Description
The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), Bethesda, MD requires the contractor to conduct a Long-term Career Outcomes Study (LtCOS) of USUHS Graduates. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. This requirement was initially posted on 12/16/2004. The due date for reponses is extended until Jan. 7, 2005 at 2:00 PM local time. Attachments available on request include the Survey for USUHS graduates, and the Survey for Non-USUHS graduates as well as the Non-Survey Data University Elements/Source of Data. The attachments can be obtained by e-mail from JFRIEDHOFF@USUHS.MIL It is prefered that the contractor use commercially available software such as Microsoft Office (Including Access) as well as SPSS and SAS. The current USUHS databases are in formats such as Access, Excel, adn STARS(a proprietary software). The data from the earliest matriculants (those of the first 5 years) are in paper form only, while matriculants in the last 5 years have virtually all data in electronic form. Those in the middle have increasing amounts of data available electronically. The Government will provided franked envelopes for mailing. The incentive is a metal coin 5 entimeters in diameter and 3 MM thick. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES SHALL SUBMIT OFFERS WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Federal Tax Identification (TIN); Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS); and business size. As of 31 May 1999 all Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database as a condition for contract award. Contractors may register in the CCR through the World Wide Web at http://www/ccr.gov or call the DOD Electronic Information Center at 1-800-227-2423.
