- REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is seeking companies who are interested in constructing a 18,200 rentable square feet office building on a pre-optioned site in Van Horn, TX. LEASE TERM: 20 years UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: 1. The successful offeror will be required to exercise the ?Option to Purchase Agreement? attached to the Solicitation for Offer within twelve months from September 20, 2004.
