- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA intends to procure one Analytical High Performance Liquid Chromatographic (HPLC) System on a competitive firm fixed price basis. Shipping, installation and training will be included in the firm fixed price. Delivery of the system is FOB destination to the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division China Lake, CA. 90 days after award of the contract. The HPLC system will be a stand alone system and must fit on a 6' by 2.5' tabletop. A portion of the specifications are as follows: a) a gradient quaternary pump, b) an autosampler, c) a column heater, d) an ultraviolet/visible diode array detector (DAD), e) a fluorescence detector, f) a conductivity detector, g) an evaporative light scattering detector, h) a fraction collector, i) a data station with chromatographic software and all other components necessary to operate the instrument as an integrated system. The system must be user-friendly for ! general operators and powerful for experienced operators. A detailed performance specification will be provided with the written solicitation posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online Website at http://www.neco.navy.mil and the FEDBIZOPPS website at http://vsearch2.eps.gov/servlet/SearchServlet on/about 15 January 2005. The solicitation will close on or about 15 Feb 2005. Award will be issued under the authority of the test program for commercial items (FAR 13.5). All responsible sources must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at the following website: https://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr/scripts/index.html. All responsible sources may submit a quotation that will be considered by the agency. Responses must include all information requested in the written Request for Quotation (RFQ). Evaluation for the award will consider price and other factors including technical capability and availability of parts and service.
