- Sources Sought for Support: Internal Resource Management Application for Intelligence (IRMA-I). Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCC-W), in support of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Networks and Information Integration (OASD NII) is conducting a market survey in accordance with FAR 10.0001 to determine the extent of Small Business participation and capability to perform the requirement summarized below and in accordance with the statement of work. Interested parties may access the Statement of Work at: http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/sole.htm Title: Internal Resource Management Application for Intelligence (IRMA-I) Support. The NAICS code is 541511 and size standard is $6M. This is NOT a request for proposal. The Statement of Work (SOW) requires support to operate and maintain the IRMA-I application and provide enhancements and system upgrades to meet current and future Intel needs including migration to the Oracle database platform, resolution of Security Scan Resolution Report, J2EE standards report generation methods and full fail-over testing results documentation. The expected period of performance will be for one base year with four option years. Performance shall be principally at the contractors facility with occasional visits to Government facilities within the NCR.
