- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-23. Funds for this acquisition are currently available. NAICS: 541611 ?Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services? Schedule of items: CLIN 0001 ? Contractor to provide all personnel, training, and travel necessary to conduct one Senior Analytic Management training seminar at the Joint Analysis Center in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE SHALL BE IN JUNE OR JULY 2005. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. The provisions at FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items applies to this solicitation, Award will be made to the Low Priced -Technically Acceptable offer.
