Description

Services Non-Personal: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals as necessary to lease four (4) inflatable shelters for the TF-33 Engine Strut Modification at Tinker Air Force Base, OK in accordance with statement of work and manufacturers specifications. Period of Performance is estimated at 18 Jan 05 through 17 Jan 06. A Firm Fixed Price service type contract is contemplating. This is a sole source requirement. To: MSC Industrial Supply, OKC, OK. NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
