DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Synopsis/Solicitation FA8751-05-Q-0163 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for a firm fixed-priced order incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25 and DFARS Change Notice DCN 2004-1215. The NAICS code is 334119 for this acquisition with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. Items include Volumetric 3D Display- Depthcube Z1024 Volumetric 3D Display with electronic shutters (1), Depthcube Software Developer?s Kit (sdk) for Windows License (1), 20 Hours of Developer and Consultation Services (20), Gigabit Ethernet Interface Upgrade (1), Depthcube Software Developer?s Kit (SDK) for Linux (1), Depthcube Z1024 55 Hertz Upgrade, One Year End to End Warranty (1). Quote FOB Destination and include warranty terms. A single vendor must furnish all items. Partial awards will not be considered. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies; provide with your quotation all the data requested by FAR 52.212-1. Failure to do so may eliminate you from consideration for award. Award will be made based on price.
