- Description
- The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) plans to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to the University of Maryland College Park Foundation, College Park, MD, under the authority of FAR 13.106(b), Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The object of this requirement is for a one-year membership with the University of Maryland Center for Micro Engineering (CEMIE). The University of Maryland is the only source for this membership. The anticipated award date of this order is on or about four (4) days from the date of this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Interested persons may identify their intent and capability to respond to this requirement no later than the response date above. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. For information, call the POC identified below.
