- PR No: YPG04296000202. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Bearing, Roller, Needle, NSN: 3110-00-890-7986. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a firm fixed price definite quantity contract for quantity of 1200 each. The OEM and approved source of supply is Parker Hannifin Corp. (CAGE: 3H889) PN: 645464. Required Delivery: Phased delivery of 500 per month starting 230 Days ARO, FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance Origin. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. The government intends to place a delivery order for this requirement on a sole source basis against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA).
