- PR-No.IQC04357009003. NSN 5990-00-072-5450. SYNCHRO, CONTROL TRA. Tachtronics Instruments (14404) P/N 09CT1247; Smiths Aerospace (35351) P/N 137640-01. A 12-month Indefinite Quantity Type Contract (IQC) with four 12-month option periods is anticipated. Pricing is sought for the following Quantity Price Break Ranges: 2 each ? 4 each, 5 each ? 9 each, 10 each ? 49 each, 50 each ? 99 each, 100 each ? 149 each, 150 each ? 199 each. Requested delivery is 6 each in 90 days, any balance to be delivered at the rate of 6 each every 30 days thereafter until completed. F.O.B. Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. All shipping destinations to be CONUS DLA stock locations. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies. See Note # 26. Copies of the solicitation will not be available until 15 days after this notice is published in FedBizOpps. Adequate specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. The only approved manufacturers are Tachtronics Instruments (14404) and Smiths Aerospace (35351). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
