Description

This request for quote is for work consisting of designing bridge and furnishing materials for 1 (one) 60-foot span x 4-foot width (between rails) timber trail bridge, abutments and ramp materials in accordance with the requirements of the plans and specifications. The requested delivery date for the delivery of the materials is August 20, 2004. The Forest Service will install bridge either by its own workforce or by future contract. The material for the bridge will be delivered to the Crescent Ranger District, Rose Dale Compound address: 134301 Hwy 97 (2nd Road on Left , heading south, after Penny Acres Road). The Forest Service is responsible for unloading the bridge with adequate lead-time to schedule equipment. The solicitation package, in its entirety, will be posted at this site on approximately June 3, 2004. This request for quote is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Small business concerns are classified as 500 employees or less. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 321999.
