- The Northern California Fleet Management Center of General Services Administration seek proposal from potential consignee contractors to perform services to accept and prepare new vehicles, and exchange the new vehicles for used vehicles to a variety of Federal customer located in the northern California area for 2005. Scope of services included new vehicle inspection, preparation, and delivery to customers, along with the exchange, receipt, storage, and delivery of old vehicles back to GSA or it designated location.
