- Knowledge Acquisition Methodology and Business Rule Development of Career Counselors for the Community Counselor Agents in the Web Based Marketplace The work will focus on development of a process to capture the deeper-level business rules and use of human judgement from subject matter experts in various rating communities. Ultimately the business rules and heuristics will be encapsulated in a community-specific Counselor Agents within the multi-agent system (MAS) architecture. Bids received after 1600 (4:00pm) on 28JAN2005 will not be considered.
