Description

Military Sealift Command, Pacific intends to issue a solicitation for the Civilian Mariner lodging facilities. The initial period of performance is expected to commence 01 June 2005 through 31 May 2006 plus Four (4) one-year options. This is an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract. The primary lodging facilities will be located in San Diego, California. Lodging requirements may extend along the West Coast, to areas such as San Francisco, California (Bay area), Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington areas, see Section C. This is an unrestricted procurement. Telephonic proposals will not be accepted. Offeror to submit only one (1) proposal to solicitiation. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available at the following website on 10 January 2005. This solicitation will be posted and can be viewed in the Contract Section on www.msc.navy.mil.
