- Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma WA. intends to award a firm fixed price contract to McKesson Corporation to provide on site repair, maintenance and calibration services for a variety of Ultrasound Mini Pacs Systems. The proposed contract action i s for services, which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. McKesson Corporation has proprietary rights to the software and services set forth in the contract. Interested persons may identi fy their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all information received after the publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination b y the Government no to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a co mpetitve procurement. A solicitation will not be issued. See note 22.
