- The U.S. Army, Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command - Picatinny intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with ICI, a MTC Technologies, Inc. Company, 4032 Linden Ave. Dayton, OH 45432, for Administrative, Earned Value, Cost Analysis, Scheduling Logistic, Engineering, Training, Research and Development and Management Support Services of individual weapons? production working with the production facilities and Government operations for an interim period of 60 days.
