- Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, administration and management necessary to perform all work required by this indefinite delivery indefinit quantity (IDIQ) contract for Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) at March Air Rserve Base California. This is a competitive 8(a) procurement limited to certified 8(a) firms with bone fide places of business within the state of California. The government anticipates the award of one firm fixed price IDIQ contract. Task orders to be issued against the contract will consist of a broad range of maintenance, repair, alteration of real property on March ARB CA. The work includes, but is not limited to, carpentry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, painting, demolition, masonry, HVAC, etc. The contractor shall be required to maintain a management office on March ARB CA. The performance period for the contract will consist of a one year basic period and four one year option periods. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 236220 with a size standard of $28.5M. Individual task orders against the contract will vary in size with a minimum order of $2,000.00 and a maximum task order amount of $500,000.00. The guarenteed minimum contract amount will be $200,000.00 and the aggregate maximum amount will be $10,000,000.00. Contract award will be based on best value, using performance-price trade-off procedures.
