- NRCS intends to award a firm fixed price construction contract for installing precast concrete piles and panel walls as a bayou rim restoration for approximately 32,450 linear feet of shoreline in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. Major items of work include approximately 239,000 CY of excavation; approximately 1863 concrete precast piles; approximately 1,814 concrete precast panels; approximately 3,600 SY of geotextile; approximately 35,000 tons of coarse aggregate; approximately 1,855 tons of 400 pound rock riprap; and 79 markers, signs and plaques. Price range is greater than $10,000,000. This acquisition is unrestricted. A 10% Small Disadvantaged Business and a 10% HubZone price preference are included. Performance period is 522 calendar days. IFB will be issued approximately 15 days from this notice. All responsible offers will be considered by the agency.
