- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Aberdeen Proving Ground has a requirement for design and engineering support to develop and construct facilities to test a broad range of military and commercial equipment in realistic environments. The solicitatio n will be posted to the web site on or about September 25, 2004. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) time and materials type. Period of performance shall be for a base year to begin January 1, 2005, and f our one-year options. The NAICS code applicable to this solicitation is 541330 with a size standard of $4,000,000.
