- This amended is being issued to reflect that the maximum quantities will be increased for the Base Year and all option years not just the Bae Year. Contract SS00-04-60041 was awarded on June 1, 2004 to Roland Einhorn, M.D., 3 Ice Pond Court, Baltimore, MD 21208. This contract provides Medical Consultant services in the specialty of Internal Medicine. Currently the maximum quantity for this indefinite quantity contract is 1250 hours. It is the intent of SSA to modify the maximum quantity to 1800 hours. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers.
