- NA IMPORTANT NOTICE: To register for this quote, you must email the following directly to Susan Turner at turnersl2@ih.navy.mil Soliciation Number N00174-05-Q-0024 (in subject line of your email); name of requestor, organization name, address, telephone and fax numbers; and your email address. Use your email read notification feature to confirm the contract specialist?s receipt of your registration. The government is not responsible for any undelivered email transmissions. It is the requestor?s responsibility to periodically check the IHDIV Contracts Division website for current status of solicitation and amendments. Once the quote has been issued on the Internet, the contract specialist will send an email message to the registered requestors informing them that the solicitation is now available for downloading off the internet. Copies of issued quotes can only be obtained by downloading them from the IHDIV Contracts Division website at http://www.ih.navy.mil/contracts. C! opies of solicitation will not be emailed, faxed, mailed or provided in person. These types of requests WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED. NOTE: All offerers will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DOD?s Central Contractor Registration database. This requirement will be available for downloading from our website beginning approximately 1/8/05. Prior to this date you will not be able to access this solicitation. This requirement is being issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 811310, Size Standard is based on 6M employees and FSC Code is J061. This requirement is for Retube Johnston Boiler which includes drain boiler and disassemble the front and back doors, cut out all 386 21/2" OD fire tubes from the boiler, clean loose debris from the water side, clean and prep! are tube holes in front & rear tube sheets, inspect any stress cracks, furnish and install american made SA178,.105, carbon steel boiler tubes IAW existing tube installation, hydro test to check for leaks, perform a chemical boil-out procedure to clean mill oils from the new tubes, and close/seal boiler front and rear doors.
