- The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and incidental supplies necessary to plant 603 acres of Government Furnished Shortleaf Pine Seedlings on the London, Somerset and Stearns Ranger Districts of the Daniel Boone National Forest in Laurel, McCreary, Pulaski and Whitley Counties, Kentucky. Approximately 200 acres of seedlings will be planted on each of the three districts listed using the dibble bar method of planting. The successful offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database before award can be made. You may register at www.ccr.gov. This project will be solicited using the Request for Quotation format and award will be made on the best value to the Government with price and other factors considered. The contract amount is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be available electronically on this website.
