- PR NO:RPG04351001115. This solicitation is for a Firmed Fixed quantity contract with a 100% quantity option. Origin Inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is as follows 6130-01-074-8970, 139 day?s delivery. A Subcontracting Plan is required. FOB Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
