- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 339992, Size Standard 500 Employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F1146B43340100 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25 effective 4 Nov 2004. The Government intends to award nine contract line items as follows: (CLIN 0001) Yamaha DM2000 Digital Mixer or equivalent. If providing an equivalent item, it must meet the following performance specifications: digital mixer capable of 24 bits at 96 kHz. No less than 24 analogue inputs. At least 6 aux send. Motorized faders. On-board FX, compressors and eq's and option card for added connectivity. QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA (CLIN 0002) TMB Universal EZ-Tilt Console Stand or equivalent. If providing an equivalent item, it must meet the following performance specifications: Must fold easily for quick set-up and tear-down. Must be able to support Yamaha DM2000 console or larger. QUANTITY: 2 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA (CLIN 0003) Aviom Digital Snake 16/o-Y1 or equivalent. If providing an equivalent item, it must meet the following performance specifications: must be compatible with Yamaha DM2000 digital console and allow the output of audio via Ethernet cable to personal monitor mixing system. QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA (CLIN 0004) Aviom AN-16/I-M Aviom Digital Snake, Microphone Input Module or equivalent. If providing an equivalent item, it must meet the following performance specifications: must allow mic or line analogue inputs to be sent, via Ethernet cable, to the mixing console QUANTITY: 2 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA (CLIN 0005) Aviom AN-16/O, digital snake, output module or equivalent. If providing an equivalent item, it must meet the following performance specifications. Must converty digital audio signals sent via digital audio snake to analogue signals to be connected to the main mixing console. QUANTITY: 2 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA (CLIN 0006) Aviom AN-16SB (pair) or equivalent. If providing equivalent item, it must meet the following performance specifications: must combine audio signals from 2 or more Ethernet cables to be sent down the digtal audio snake. QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA (CLIN 0007) Alesis ADAT HD24, 24 Track Hard Disc Recorder or equivalent. If providing equivalent item, it must meet the following performance specification: Record 24 tracks simultaneously in at least 24bit. Provide no less than 24 analogue inputs. Must have internal storage on standard IDE hard drives and interface with PC. QUANTITY: 2 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA (CLIN 0008) Alesis Fireport 1394, Firewall Interface for HD24 or equivalent. If providing an equivalent item, it must meet the following performance specifications: Must provide firewire interfacing for the hard disk recorder listed above. QUANTITY: 2 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA (CLIN 0009) Yamaha MY 16AT, 16 Channel ADAT Interface Card or equivalent. If providing an equivalent item, it must meet the following performance specifications: 16 channels of adat interface in the form of a Yamaha compatible option card. QUANTITY: 4 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA (CLIN 0010) Crown I-T4000, I-Tech Amplifier or equivalent. If providing an equivalent item, it must meet the following performance specifications: output no less than 1250W per channel at 8 Ohms. Must be incredibly lightweight (approx. 30 lbs.) and consume no more than 8a when both channels of the amp are driven at 4 ohms. QUANTITY: 3 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 6 Jan 2005 FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION.
