- DESCRIPTION: YPC04331000492, NSN: 2530-01-186-3740, DRAWING ITEM 19207 12338314. TIE ROD END, STEERING. USED ON AM GENERAL M998 (HMMWV) SERIES TRUCKS. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of January 7, 2005. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business Size Standard is 1000 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains 100% option for increased quantities. The requirement is for 1800 to be delivered to Tracy, CA and 6450 to be delivered to New Cumberland, Pennslyvania within 140 days ARO. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation facts as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. See Notes 1, 9 & 26.
