- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify interested vendors capable of providing the following anticipated items for a C-130J Spares Provisioning Purchase. The list of items is available at http://www.uscg.mil/hq/arsc/index.htm and following these instructions: After entering the website, click on Contracting, then Solicitations, then HC-130J APO. Click on View C130J APO Open Solicitations. Scroll down to Reference-Number-C000002. Contractors can provide alternate part numbers if applicable. The alternate part number must have the same form, fit, and function and be of the same or higher quality. Contractors shall also verify why the alternate part number is an equivalent. The NAICS for this project is 336413 with a Small Business Size Standard of $ 1,000 employees. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract and / or Purchase Order will be awarded to multiple vendors. Vendors interested are invited to provide the following information to USCG C130J APO (Attn: Tabitha Staps) no later than 05 Jan 2005, 3:00 p.m., EST. The information may be submitted via email to Tstaps@apoecit.uscg.mil or faxed to 252-334-5490. Responses shall include the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email Address, and Business Size (Disadvantaged Status, 8(A) status, or HUBZone). NO TELEPHONE, WRITTEN NOTIFICATIONS OR REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATION OR POSTING STATUS will be honored. When available, the resultant solicitation will be posted at this website. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes and is not to construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result from a response to this Sources Sought or Government use of any information provided. The Government reserves the right to consider small business, 8(A), or any other set aside arrangement as deemed appropriate for this procurement.
