- This requirement is for successor contracts to the Field Evaluation And Technical Support (FEATS) contracts. It is EPA's intention to award up to five contracts. Two of the five awards will be made to small businesses. The NAICS is 541710. The size standard is 500 employees. The contracts will be indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ). Each contract will have a maximum amount of $60 Million. There will be a presolicitation meeting held on 1/25/05 at 9:00 A.M. EST in the auditorium of the A.W. Breidenbach Environmental Research Center, 26 W. ML King Dr., Cincinnati, OH. The meeting will discuss the programs that will be supported by these contracts, the types of work covered by the SOW, and how the contracts will operate.
