- Description
- The Government intends to negotiate a sole source order with Rolls Royce Commerical Marine Incorporated, 1150 Interchange Circle North, Miramar, FL for technical representative services for the oversite and assistance in the replacement and testing of fin stablizers manufactured by the OEM Rolls Royce Commercial Marine under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and may submit quotes with their capability statements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All capability statements received by response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this propose order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conduct a competitive acquisition.
