- ITEM 1; AREA RCI Sale 1; ACRES 94; HARVEST METHOD Any; BID BASIS Hardwood Pulp/Fuelwood. The total number of item(s) for this sale is one (1). The timber to be sold may be inspected by prospective purchasers through January 11, 2005, by appointment only. Arrangements for inspections should be made by contacting Mr. Paul Zang, telephone (315) 778-6248. Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., January 13, 2005, by the Acquisition, Management and Disposal Section, Real Estate Branch, Norfolk Dis trict, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, 803 Front Street, Norfolk, Virginia 23510-1096, and then and there publicly opened and announced. Forms for use in submitting bids may be obtained from Mr. Paul Zang at Fort Drum or from the Acquisition, Management and Disposal Section, address shown above. Terms and conditions of sale, procedure for submitting bids, and a description of the timber are contained in the bid forms. This sale will be sold by Modified Scale as noted.
