ISSUE DATE: December 15, 2004 POSTED DATE: December 15, 2004 TITLE: Notice of Intent to Procure Janitorial Services for the NY Campus VA NY Harbor Healthcare System SOL: 10N3-056-05 DUE: 12/23/2005 NAICS: 561720 POP STATE: Not specified AGENCY: Attn: Department of Veterans Affairs NY Harbor Medical Center POC: Greg Vogt DESCRIPTION: This is a notice of intent of the New York Harbor Healthcare System New York Campus at New York to negotiate a Hubzone 100 % set aside for janitorial services for the VA Medical Center located at 423 East 23rd St., NY, NY 10010. The procurement is to provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, and other items necessary to perform services that shall be done on a daily, weekly or quarterly basis. Contractor is responsible for the following locations at the Manhattan campus 10 West (square footage 12,500), 6 West (square footage 12,000), North Square (square footage 9,000), South Square (open 7 days a week, square footage 12,000). Annex, personnel, I.G. and Engineering square footage is 55,000 square feet. Total footage for the VA Medical Center is 100,500 square feet. The contract period is base year from Date of Award thru September 30, 2009 and 4 year options, subject to the availability of funds. This is a Firm-Fixed price contract.
