- The Grand Canyon National Park contemplates issuing a sole source purchase order for two fee machines and accompanying technical support. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested firms or persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. All quotes received by January 14, 2005, will be considered by the Government. A determinaation by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This acquisition is for two more machines like the three the Grand Canyon already has. NOTE: SOLE SOURCE Procurement: FAR Part 6.302, 6-302-1 apply. The NAICS classification is 333311.
