- Description
- This is a modification to the combined Synopsis/RFP 089ARC34859 entitled Carrier Independent Exchange Facility (CIEF) Services, which was posted on 24 November 2004. You are notified that changes have been made to several sections of the RFP as follows: a) Section A- the proposal submittal response date has now been extended to 16 December 2004, b) Section B- Paragraph B-3, 1st sentence. Added requirements for two (2) each rack cabinets to be provided by Offeror for each CIEF, c) Section C– Section 1.0: Background, and Section 4.8-Mandatory Requirements. Added requirements for two (2) rack cabinets for each CIEF, d) Section J- Attachment J-2 "CIEF Questionnaire" revised to cover rack cabinet specifications. All changes are incorporated in the attached WORD files with right margin markings reflecting said changes. For the purpose of expediting the dissemination of further information to those interested offerors to this solicitation, Arcata/UNITeS has also incorporated a WORD file containing a list of RFP Clarifying Questions & Answers for review. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this Internet site for the release of any further amendments and/or clarifying questions and answers. For subscribers to FEDBizops who wish to obtain the relevant documents covering this synopsis amendment, please access said information at http://prod.nasi.nasa.gov/sci-bin/eps-bizops.cgi?gr=C&pin=62 as no hardcopy will be provided by this office. Responses received without the required information will be considered non-responsive to this synopsis/solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by Arcata Associates, Inc. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this amendment.
