- Description
- The Human Systems Wing HSW/YASK intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm Fixed-Price contract for a follow-on buy of ACES II Emergency Ejection Seats to Goodrich Corporation – Universal Propulsion Company, Inc. (UPCO), 25401 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85027-7899 for the following seats: 13 ea. AFT Emergency Ejection Seats, NSN 1680-01-460-9381, and 52 ea. FWD Emergency Ejection Seats, NSN 1680-01-458-2436 for a total of 65 seats in support of the FMS F-16 aircraft. The justification for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
