- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting a single award five year IDIQ contract for commutator wiper assemblies IAW NAVSEA drawing 2505762 and associated drawings 2505436, 2505462, 2505763, 2505764. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued by 23 Dec 2004. The anticipated closing date of the solicitation will be 24 Jan 2005. The request for proposal (RFP) will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. Offerors wishing to submit a proposal are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. An email request to hendricksonmj@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the NECO website. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting proposals must: (1) ! complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation (3) and ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov/). No bidders list will be maintained by this office. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. Numbered notes one (1) and twenty six (26) applies.
