Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a Delivery Order against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-03-G-0015 to Delex Systems, Inc. This Delivery Order will provide for the development and delivery of an F-15K SLAM-ER Operational Tactics Training Manual to the Republic of Korea Air Force. (THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.) Unless stated herein, no additional information is available. Requests for the same will be disregarded. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. GENERAL INFORMATION: Delex has a unique knowledge base of these systems and training requirements as a result of its support of these systems since the early 1970s. Delex has extensive experience in tactical training in the Foreign Military Sales environment and a thorough knowledge of the technology transfer/disclosure implications related to training these systems. Accordingly, Delex is the only known qualified, responsible source that can fulfill the requirements specified herein. Once NAVAIR finalizes it requirements for the subject effort, a prerequisite for receiving contract award will be registration in the DOD's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the effort mentioned above.
