Description

Non-personal services to upgrade existing Metalizing Robot and Controls located at Anniston Army Depot. Contractor shall be responsible for installing the proposed retrofit items without violation of applicable codes, standards or specification requ irements. As a minimum, the upgrade shall be covered by a 1-year warranty that shall begin the day following Government acceptance of the upgrade. Period of performance is 120 calendar days from date of the award. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. North American Industry Classification System Code is 333518, size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore, hardcopies will not be pro vided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet: http://www.procnet.anad.army.mil (Do ing Business with Us). Estimated issue date is 16 DECEMBER 04. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidder s mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments, which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of your proposal.
