- Contractor shall provide inpatient prescription verification services for the VAMC, Hwy 6 West, Iowa City, IA 52246. Services shall be provided by licensed pharmacists verifying prescription orders via computers utilizing remote access when the Iowa City VAMC pharmacy is closed. Contract shall be from 3/11/05 or date of award with one year option period included. Solicitation package will be issued on 1/3/05. There is a need to start these services as soon as possible. Estimated usage is for 69 hours per week with an estimate of 50 orders per day. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 561320. Requests for solicitation package can be downloaded at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov or http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. Electronic proposals will not be accepted. See Note #1.
