- This procurement is a set-aside for 8(a) only. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center-Atlanta is soliciting for Mobile PET/CT and MRI services for beneficiaries of VAMC-Atlanta at 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA 30033. All mobile unit services shall be performed at this location. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to provide PET/CT and MRI services in accordance with SOW, specifications, and requirements of the solicitation. The solicitation will be made available on or about 12/21/04 and will be solely distributed through Federal Business Opportunity website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All offers are due NLT 4:00 PM EST on or about 1/21/05. Contract workers will be required to submit to security clearance requirements. NAICS code is 621512, with a size standard of 11.5 million. Electronic offers will not be accepted. HUBZONE 8(a) firms will receive consideration commensurate with latest SBA changes and guidance. Offerors are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. All offers will be evaluated on price, technical capabilities, and past performance.
