- Treasure Island Job Corps Center is soliciting bids for a Preventative Maintenance and Repair services contract for HVAC equipment located in various buildings on Treasure Island, San Francisco, CA. The successful bidder will provide this service for a period of one (2) years with option to extend for another three years, renewable every year. This option is at the Center?s discretion to exercise. The period of performance for these services shall commence on (tentative start date) 2/1/05.
