- This is a SOLICITATION notice for a requirements contract which consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to construct necessary to construct individual onsite wastewater disposal systems, individual water and sewer service lines, and other required appurtenances in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Work is to be performed in Del Norte, Humboldt, Siskiyou, and Trinity Counties, CA. Contractor must possess a valid Class "A" General Engineering license. This acquisition is unrestricted pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. All requests for bid packages must be in writing, telephone requests will not be accepted. It is anticipated that bid packages will be available on or after December 15, 2004.
