- Description: See numbered notes: 1, 9, and 26. NSN 2590-01-082-3607 ? Turntable Assembly, used on a 5-ton wrecker model M939 series. Being bought in accordance with Army (19207) drawing 12256623 and all related documents. There are four FMS requisitions for a total quantity of 7 each. The item required a contractor first article test and FOB origin. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 12/23/04, hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets are available after the above issue date from DSCC-VTCD at the above web cite. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, purchase Request Number (e.g. YPC/YPE), buyer?s name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. This solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 270 days including the time for the first article test and approval. A written quotation is required.
