- NSN 4320-01-205-8344, Bowl, Inlet Filter. Eaton Aerospace, LLC (62983) part numbers 393438 and 693184; Pall Aeropower Corp. (18350) p/n AC9723BP7. Quantity of 167 each to be delivered to Stockton, CA in 170 days after date of award; quantity of 96 each to be delivered to Tinker AFB, OK in 170 days after date of award; quantity of 215 each to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA in 170 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 23 Dec 04. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). Approved sources are Eaton Aerospace, LLC and Pall Aeropower, LLC. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
