- Announcement number W912BU-04-B-0028, GELBERMAN Knuckle Boom Crane is modified as follows: The date and time set for issuance of the solicitation has be changed to 20 December 2004. The date and time for Bid Opening is estimated to be at 1:15 PM on 19 January 2005. In addition, the following information is corrected from the initial synopsis: Where it says that the existing crane is an Effer Model 44000-3S , replace with: The existing crane is a NAUTILUS Model 3000-102-010; the new crane to be i nstalled is an Effer Model 44000-3S . In addition, there will be an option for the disposal of the existing crane
