- The U.S. Military Academy (USMA) intends to award a sole source purchase order for the labor and material necessary to define, develop, test and evaluate the solution necessary for the secure, confidential, controlled access to electronic forms from Wave Systems Corp., 480 Pleasant Street, Lee, MA. The Wave Systems Secure Content Dissemination and Retrieval software and hardware provided by Wave Systems supports a National Security Agency (USMA) Cadet project for secure information sharing and is pro prietary. A request for quotation will not be issued for this requirement.
