- WA PRA-OLYM 103(2), SOL DUC VALLEY ROAD, Olympic National Park, Clallam County, Washington. THIS SOLICITATION IS OFFERED FOR FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS. THIS WORK CONSISTS OF 0.2 miles of structures, paving, and base. This project involves repairs at 4 existing wall sites. THE PROJECT INCLUDES construction survey and staking; contractor sampling and testing; construction schedules, soil erosion: 545 LnFt silt fence and 15 Each sandbags; 0.221 acres clearing and grubbing; removal of 2 trees; 523 CuYd roadway excavation; 1864 CuYd structure excavation; 1864 CuYd structure backfill; 40 CuYd placed riprap; 340 LnFt deadman anchors; 1072 LnFt tie bar; 199 CuYd roadway aggregate; 34 CuYd aggregate topsoil course; 386.5 Ton minor hot asphalt concrete pavement; 5.5 MFBM treated structural timber and lumber; 3419 SqFt geocomposite sheet drain system; 10 CuYd lean concrete backfill; 780 LnFt removing and resetting guardrail; 0.180 acre placing conserved topsoil; 19 CuYd placing conserved topsoil; turf establishment: 0.271 Acre mulching and 188 Pounds fertilizer; 2920 LnFt yellow pavement markings; 1460 LnFt white pavement markings; temporary traffic control including standard barricades, cones, 318.0 SqFt construction signs; 780 LnFt temporary concrete barrier; 350 LnFt moving temporary concrete barriers; 1500 LnFt temporary pavement markings; various warning lights, traffic control signals; 1610 LnFt temporary plastic fence; 60 days traffic and safety supervisor; 1000 Flagger hours; and other smaller items of work. PROJECT IS LOCATED approximately 29 miles West of Port Angeles, Washington. Work shall be completed by October 2005. Estimated PRICE RANGE is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
