Description

This project was previously advertised as R6-06-04-080. Construction of a two-story, 3000 square foot addition to the existing Dufur Office Ranger Station Office, including electrical service improvements, HVAC, telecommunications, ADA improvements (requiring the installation of an elevator in the existing structure), site work, landscaping, paving and associated drainage utilities required for parking lot improvements. Estimated price range: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Dufur Phase III Addition project is located on the Barlow Ranger District of the Mt. Hood National Forest, 75 miles east of Portland, Oregon and 14 miles south of The Dalles, Oregon on Route 197. The Contract Specialist is David Hallen, (503)668-1667.
