This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil; 15 days after this notice is published in the CBD Requests for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted. The small business size standard is 1500 employees. Written requests for drawings are to be submitted to Defense Supply Center Columbus, ATTN: DSCC-VTCD, PO Box 3990, Columbus, OH 43216-5000; by, https://dbi.dscc.dla.mil. Requests should include the IFB/RFP/RFQ number, opening/closing date, NSN, Purchase Request Number (e.g. YPC/YPE), buyer?s name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed Base year and (4) option years. It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order to an existing IQC. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
